family run business based in South Devon. We are dedicated
to complete orders and supply all goods as soon as
possible to our customers satisfaction. We will do
everything in our power to supply the goods subject
to stock and the reliability of our suppliers, namely,
Shakespeare, Snowbee, Abu Garcia, Mitchell, Grauvell,
Penn, Berkley, Fishrite and Dynamite baits. Our site

What

Making
a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog,
and click on any items that you wish to buy and put
them into the shopping cart. After you have finished
your selection, click on "Order" and you
will be asked for a few details that we need to be
able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping
from North America or anywhere else, place your order
and your credit card company will convert the transaction
to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Solo, Switch and Master Card. If the
goods are not supplied in a reasonable time, we credit
any funds taken. You may send your credit card information
via phone, fax, if you are uncomfortable with electronic
payments.
If you would prefer, we can take orders over the telephone
Monday to Saturday between 10am and 4pm GMT/ BST.
You
have the right to cancel your order within a period
of 14 days for any reason (cooling off period) beginning
the day after receipt of the goods. The refund payment
for the goods not required will be made as soon as
possible provided the goods remain unused and in the
original packaging. This period will not exceed 30
days from the day of cancellation. Please inform the
customer services manager, Malcolm Barnett or any
of his staff, and arrangements for the return of the
goods can be made. The goods should be returned to
us at the purchasers cost, subject to terms of our
complaints clause, or if required, we will make collection
arrangements, but a charge at cost will be levied
for shipping costs incurred. To make a cancellation
please telephone a member of our staff to confirm
cancellation. Please do not rely on email communication.
In the case of serious site pricing errors we reserve
the right to reject orders placed. All Non-Consumable
products are covered by our 12 month warranty. During
this period if any manufacturing or material fault
develops, the item will be replaced, or repaired (at
our discretion) without question.
Shipping and Handling - We have scheduled the carriage
generally to Mainland post for small items and Courier
for most larger items. Goods are shipped using a next
day delivery service subject to carrier performance
and stock availability. If we do not have the item
in stock, we will advise you of any long delays and
give you the option to cancel if you wish and will
make a full refund. Goods / packaging found to be
defective at the point of delivery should be noted
on the Carrier's delivery ticket. We would be grateful
if you would inform us as soon as possible if the
goods or packaging is damaged - PLEAS CHECK PACKING
PRIOR TO SIGNING THE DRIVERS SHIPPING NOTE. If the
packaging is damaged please advise us and make a note
on the driver's delivery ticket
Delivery
Schedule. We will normally dispatch your order to
you in within 2 working days, subject to stock availability
and shipping anomalies. International orders are generally
received in less than 7 days. If items are not in
stock please allow up to 28 days.
Back
Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back
order for you. and should be delivered within 28 days
subject to performace by our suppliers. In the event
of non-delivery, please contact us by telephone on
01548 580888 in order to arrange a refund or discuss
alternative products.
Tax
Charges For orders made for the UK or the European
Union is 20% VAT inclusive. All other non EU countries
are VAT free and are removed at the checkout when
you location is input.
Credit
Card Security - All credit card numbers are encrypted
in the software when the order is placed using 128
bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they
reach our system. They are not held in clear text
on any web site.
Complaints
We
trust that you will be completely happy with your
purchases and our customer service. However, if for
any reason you need to return goods, please advise
us within fourteen days and we will either exchange
them or make a refund to you if you choose. Unless
the products are found to be defective, unfit for
the purposes for which they were sold or are not the
goods specifically ordered we will not accept the
costs of return packaging or carriage. Unwanted goods
returned in re-sellable condition will be refunded
with exclusion of the shipping charges incurred by
us.
Our
complaint procedure is reasonable and confidential
and we will aim to respond to and respect all complaints
within 24 hours of receiving the complaint. Please
contact us by email, post or telephone. Once we have
contacted you, we will keep you informed of the progress
of your complaint and aim to have your complaint resolved
within five working days, subject to stocks, deliveries
and circumstances within our control.
