Made from material that was specifically designed and manufactured to DL specifications. Achieved by weaving two different cloths together to give a 1200D x 1200D watersplash coated finish. This unique material is ultra hard wearing, durable and rip proof. All the fittings across this range were picked from the Duraflex collection; these are generally considered to be the best you can buy. Equally well respected are the YKK Company who designed and supplied all the zips used in this range. Material costs were not a consideration when designing the Classic luggage and, consequently, it’s resulted in a very high quality extremely tough range of tackle.

This range of luggage is designed for the all weather angler and is constructed from extremely heavy duty PVC weave material. The material is impervious to water and can be washed down after use, retaining no moisture whatsoever. Waterproof ball leather bases with rubber grip feet add durability to base of the bags. Fitted with Duraflex fittings throughout the range and incorporating the same YK moulded zip and pullers as the rest of the Dave Lane range. Handles and straps have been double webbed and bar stitched for extra strength, these products have been built to the highest specifications and are designed to last.
